So I got SoulSilver Monday while I was out hanging with my bro at Best Buy. Yeah, we're so cool that we hang out at electronic stores. Can anybody say hacker siblings? No, because neither of us can hack. But can anybody guess which Pokemon I fell madly in love with?

On the grave and dangerous matter of Legendary telepathy. the follow edict has been passed. there wil be no nilly willy free flowing pokemagic telepathy. The telepathic ability of legendaries will be limited to with in ear shot of their bodies unless otherwise specified on a legendary to legendary basis. Legendaries will not be able to project telepathy through their bonded/hosts.

The logic behind this descion as well as some other miscleneous:

1. two people dancing around the fact they have voices in their heads is great for awkward tension. Also It's funny and entertaining as well. If the characters are able to prove right of the back that hey I'm bonded to a legendary this is exactly whats going on then we lose a bit of fun. this is what Jake/tokala meant by cheapening the characters (I think I may need a fact check on this)

2. All out telepathy is lame >=[

3. If the legendaries want to talk to each other make them go find each other and not stay in their caves. They have two perfectly good people who can relay or not relay their info to the other bonded. Deceit is half the fun!

4. Josh's eye gaze thing is AWESOME and we need to use it some how for something, just not for legendary communication.

5. If mew becomes charlies not baby then by these rules he can telepath to any one in ear shot. If I'm following my own logic.


6. Jen and sab's interactions so far are grandfathered; meaning no editing is required of previous posts.

I know we didn't vote but discussing stuff is really important. In fact I think we have plenty of stuff to mull around. These are not big bad things to deal with just peny for your thoughts.

1. we should probably make sheets for our legendaries, even if they are short and simple. having to put something in a profile helps people hammer stuff which is the most important aspect of a profile.

2. what is the eye lock thing good for and are there any other 'perks' of being bonded? brainstorming mostly, I'm curious.

The biggest perk of being bonded would be the information that the legendaries have. Imagine how much these Pokemon have seen over the centuries.

Sabs, I'm trying to think of the best way to go, "So, do you have a little voice in your head too" that is both comical and completely in character. The whole issue is like the elephant in the room. I'm sorry, Snorlax in the room. Whatever the equivalent is.

I'm still trying to decide whether a Mew-baby would be too bizarre for this RP or just bizarre enough. XD

I can understand that. A lot of my writing is going into the summer D&D campaign I just started running, but there should be a post up from me within a day or so. Just have to check something with Rider there to make sure that everyone's on the same page (of the map that is >>)

Mew can talk to Lance cause his body is nearby... Raikou can't telepath through lance...But since mew breaks the norm maybe mew can hear raikous too.
